CopperCube 5 released

New version of the game editor with terrain, physics, video, iOS 8 and more

Ambiera just released version 5 of CopperCube, their game engine for creating 3D games, apps and websites, without needing to program anything.

New features in this release are:

- Terrain support, including own terrain editor
- Physics engine for the native targets - Windows .exe and Mac OS X .app
- Video Playback in 2D and 3D
- Network communication - for communication with own servers and databases
- iOS 8 WebGL support - (iPhone, iPad, ...) with iOS 8.
- Shader programming
- Animation blending
- Attaching nodes to animated meshes
- Directional light - both supported by the light mapper and dynamic lighting
- Procedurally generated trees
- Faster Lightmapper, with Mac OS X support
- Optimized WebGL performance and compatibility
- Custom Icons for Windows Apps
- Possibility to send commands to the AI
- 15 new prefabs

CopperCube can be downloaded and tested for free for 14 days. The basic edition supports all publishing targets (WebGL, Android, Windows, Mac OS X, Flash) and is available for 99 Euro.
